Hello Dear One, How was November for you? Really? At the end of each month, I write lists of all the little joys it contained and reflect on how far I’ve come. The process always feels good, as (even if it seems there is little to be proud of) daily action mounts up. We’ve always done more than we give ourselves credit for and yes, doing can be making others laugh, getting to work on time or going for lovely walks. One of mine is simply being kind to myself. We don’t have to have won a Nobel Peace Prize.
