Hello Dear One,
How are you? Take a breath. Let an answer surface. It’s a new day, a new month. How do you feel? I love writing as it opens us up; lets us express what, at times, we didn’t even know we were thinking. It’s a good thing – not to hide from ourselves.
Today, to me, many things in the world feel frightening, sorrowful and uncertain. So, I’m turning to what brings me peace: a walk with my dog; sunshine on my cheek; a single snowdrop at the edge of my garden. Limiting my news intake. Talking to friends. And journaling. From there I feel less anxious, less helpless.
If you feel a little lost or afraid of what might come up, take your time. You can scribble, doodle or choose another theme from the archives. You don’t have to do anything that doesn’t feel right.
I hope it helps, that whatever you’re feeling, wherever you are, you can find pockets of peace. Lean in.
Thanks for being here and being you.
All love,
Jo
MARCH in ME: Inner Critic
This month my membership explores how to quieten our critical inner voice and thrive in our lives. There’s also lots of space to ground and come back to yourself, as well as last month’s self-compassion content to dig into.
