Hello Dear One,
I’m sitting listening to the sound of the rain which is washing away all the snow this week, feeling deeply grateful for the work I get to do as a coach and a human.
I am about to run a free four-day event this week that’s very close to my heart: to support anyone ready to stop limiting themselves and make a real change (not via flash-in-the-pan New Year’s resolutions that make you feel worse).
And a few weeks ago I went to see the movie Wish. For those of you who haven’t seen it: it’s a Disney film with the premise being a great magician takes everyone’s wishes to protect them from the outside world. In the process, he removes a part of each person, as they can no longer feel, dream or sense their wishes. While, initially at least, the sorcerer appears to do good, the impact is deeply sad.
How does this relate to my work? I’m getting to it.
We come into this world with things that speak straight to our spirit. But as time goes on things happen. We build up layers of limiting beliefs to protect ourselves and stay where it feels safe, even if it doesn’t feel good.
In Wish (spoiler alert) the wishes are returned so everyone has the chance to achieve their dreams. I want that for me, and you too.
Enter Believe: a week to get clear on where you are, the beliefs that no longer serve you and who you need to become to go after the life you desire.
We begin tomorrow at 7pm GMT with an hour to get STILL.
To quiet the noise and tune in.
To journal (it's worth signing up for the workbook alone) on the things you desire in 2024.
Opportunities like this can be rare in our world, which is why I'm passionate about creating them.
(Also, here's a swirly snow video I took this week that reminded me of stillness.)
If you feel called I’ve love to see you there.
Thanks for being here and being you.
All love,
Jo
